Mohammad Saprawi lahir di sebuah Desa Camplong di Kabupaten Sampang, pada tanggal 01 Maret 1991. Saprawi biasa disapa oleh sebagian besar aktivis PMII Kota Malang. Awal mengenyam dunia pendidikan di SDN 1 Dharma Camplong, setelah lulus dari sekolah dasar tersebut melanjutkan ke SMPN 1 Camplong, SMKN 1 Sampang, jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri (TEI) menjadi awal proses penempaan diri seorang Saprawi.
